She looks like AustraliaвЂ™s first female Prime Minister declaring to the Leader of the Opposition N o more. She looks like the woman unveiling herself and saying I am here, you must face me, you must deal with me, you can no longer pretend that I barely exist. She is the woman choosing to veil herself as a personal/political statement You will not have the pleasure of looking onto at my face whilst you continue to treat your own women as bodies existing purely for the sexual gratification of men. The divine feminine blows duality right out of the water. The divine feminine refuses to be labeled or boxed, neatly categorised or understood simplistically as вЂthis, but not thatвЂ™. The divine feminine is more than a movement, deeper than an idea, broader than the actions of individuals or even the collective. I call it the rise of the divine feminine. Some call it feminism or women standing in their power. It is possible to do all this and more.Some call it girl power, womenвЂ™s liberation, the sexual revolution. Many of us are tasked with healing several generations of pain and suffering. It's is possible to heal and clear genetic and ancestral patterns, past life trauma and even soul level beliefs. We can also know ourselves through astrology, psychic readings and shamanic soul retrieval. The key is to start with what you are most drawn to.

Ancient womb healing techniques are emerging from the Maya lands and other places, to heal the sacred chalice of the female body. We have access to a vast array of healing modalities, from bodywork to energy healing, herbs, plant essences, yoga, homeopathy, acupuncture, crystals, sound and vibrational healing, counselling and psychotherapy which can help to transform past trauma and wounding.

When we do this we rise to our rightful place as sparks of the goddess, and we encourage the divine masculine to emerge. Many of us have endured male aggression and narcissism, and it is time to heal the wounds and take back our power and choice, thereby becoming truly empowered. We need to move beyond the battle of the sexes, victimhood and blame. The idea is that, if we can harmonise these energies within ourselves, the effects will ripple outwards into all our relationships. Rather than focusing on the вЂbattle of the sexesвЂ™ the third wave focuses on the Sacred Marriage within, the uniting of the divine feminine and masculine energies that exist within all things. However, I believe the more we strengthen the communities and support networks in our own areas, the more we can reach out to our sisters in other parts of the world who are still experiencing subjugation. Of course, there are many parts of the world that are way behind this journey. We have had patriarchal rule on this planet for a long time now, and in the nineteenth and twentieth centuries this began to change with the early suffragettes and second wave feminist movements of the Western world.

This is known as the third wave of feminism, and the aim is for male and female energies to unite in balance, elevating the divine masculine also. We are in the time of the rising of the Divine Feminine.
